外国籍の方のための、入校に必要な条件、書類、入校資格などを英語と中国語(最下部に日本語)で記載しております。お申込み前に条件や資格等をご確認ください。注意点としまして、教習所での教習や検定、仮免許学科試験などはすべて日本語で行われます。日本語の読み書き等が一定基準できることが必要になりますので予めご了承ください。

Please read the following information carefully, and then fill out the application form.
Conditions required for enrollment and required documents
A.Residency card which indicates nationality
*Foreign applicants are required to submit a Residency Card with “Nationality and Region”,”The expiration date of period of stay”,”Residency Card number”and”Status of Residence”.
B.Documents of Identification
(1)Residency Card (Alien Registration Card is valid until 8th of July,2015)
(2)Passport
Requirements for Enrollment Eligibility (important)
C.All classes and tests at this school, including the Temporary Exemption test, are conducted in Japanese only. You are required to be able to read, understand and write Japanese.
D.You are required to understand and to follow the guidelines described in the “Participation Agreement for Driver’s License Acquisition” as is described in the brochure.
If you want to enroll, there are conditions regarding age, vision, medical history, violation history, etc. For more information about license acquisition, please review the information described in the pamphlet.
Please read and understand the above items A through D carefully. Any falsified or erroneous applications will be rejected.
There is still a possibility of rejection after your application has been accepted. In such a situation, please understand that no refunds will be given.

A.记载着国籍的住民票
※请获取记载着“国籍·地区”，“在留期间满了日”，“在留卡编号”，“在留资格”等事项的住民票。
B.可以确认本人的资料
·在留卡（到2015年7月8日截止的“外国人登陆证”）
·护照
入校资格（重要）
C.由于教习所的教习，考试，以及暂时驾照的学科考试等都使用日文，因此，必须具有日语读写能力，以及对文章的理解能力。
D.要能够理解和遵守说明书上记载着的“为获取驾照的参加规约”。在入校时，教习所对入校生在年龄，视力，病历，违反交通规则的履历，以及其他与获取驾照有关的方面，都设定了详细规定和条件，请务必确认其中内容。
请在充分理解以上A～B的内容之后申请。如果发现申请中有虚假内容，不能入校。
此外，入校后如发现有虚假情况，则令其退校，在这种情况下，已缴纳的款项一概不退还。

※「国籍・地域」、「在留期間満了日」、「在留カード番号」、「在留資格」の記載された住民票を取得してください。
B.本人確認書類
(1)在留カード（「外国人登録証」は2015年7月8日まで）
(2)パスポート
入校資格(重要)
C.教習所での教習・検定・仮免学科試験などはすべて日本語で行われますので日本語が読み書きができ且つ文章が理解できる能力が必要です。
D.パンフレットに記載されている「運転免許取得の為の参加規約」を理解し順守できること。ご入校する場合、年齢、視力、病歴、違反経歴、他、詳細な免許取得に関する資格条件が設定されていますので、必ず内容を確認ください。
以上A～Dの内容をご理解した上でお申込みください。虚偽の申請などがあった場合はご入校はできません。
また、ご入校後に虚偽の申請などが発覚した場合は退校頂きます。その場合のご返金はありません。
